<p>We are looking for an experienced Keycloak / Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with Azure experience to support an enterprise environment.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p>Provide Level 1 support, troubleshooting and resolution of Keycloak/IAM issues</p></li><li><p>Perform daily operational and administration activities</p></li><li><p>Implement configuration changes</p></li><li><p>Apply patches and security updates</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues</p></li><li><p>Support remediation of security and vulnerability issues</p></li><li><p>Perform periodic system health checks</p></li><li><p>Participate in product upgrades</p></li><li><p>Support Red Hat / Keycloak scaling activities</p></li><li><p>Support backup, restore and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Red Hat Global Support Services (GSS) and manage support tickets when required</p></li><li><p>Maintain clear technical and operational documentation</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><ul><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with Keycloak and Identity & Access Management (IAM)</p></li><li><p>Good working experience with Microsoft Azure</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting Keycloak in production environments</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of authentication, authorization and SSO concepts</p></li><li><p>Experience with Red Hat / Linux environments is preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills</p></li><li><p>Experience with security patching, vulnerability remediation, upgrades and system health checks</p></li><li><p>Experience with backup/restore and Disaster Recovery processes</p></li><li><p>Experience with Grafana and Prometheus is a strong advantage</p></li><li><p>Good communication and documentation skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in an enterprise environment</p></li></ul><p>The engagement may initially be remote, with an expectation to transition to onsite work at a later stage.</p>
