- Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for civil infrastructure projects, incorporating site topography, utilities, and earthworks.
- Collaborate closely with BIM coordinators and project engineers to ensure model integrity and adherence to project standards.
- Generate construction documentation, including plans, sections, and details, directly from the BIM model.
- Perform clash detection and resolution for civil elements, identifying and mitigating potential conflicts before construction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong focus on civil infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, or similar civil BIM software.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage, and road design.
