Prepare the PWPS, WPS and PQR development for pipeline;
Coordinate with lab to conduct the mechanical test, like bend, marco, CTOD etc.
Coordinate with the Procurement Department and vendors regarding all welding-related work.
Coordinate with the QAQC Department on all RFI welding for site activities.
Report the progress and related matters to the QAQC Manager.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports summarizing relevant work deliverables.
Prepare the ITP and other welding documents;
Have the knowledge about the engineering critical assessment (ECA);
Have the knowledge for the automatic welding process (GTAW+GMAW) and other welding process;
Desired Candidate Profile
IWE (International Welding Engineer)
Working Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas long-distance gas transmission pipeline EPC projects
Standard Proficiency: Skilled in API 1104, ASME Section IX, ASME B31.8, NACE MR0175; proficient in WPS/PQR development and welder qualification administration.
