We are looking for an experienced Motherboard Chip-Level Technician who also has good knowledge of Software Installation and IT Product Sales.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years UAE experience
Strong experience in Chip-Level Motherboard Repair
Laptop, Desktop, Monitor & Gaming PC troubleshooting and repair
Motherboard diagnostics, component-level troubleshooting and soldering
Windows installation, formatting and system setup
Driver installation and system configuration
Software installation and troubleshooting, including:
AutoCAD
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Creative Cloud
Photoshop / Illustrator
Antivirus & security software
Windows applications and utilities
Other commonly used business/design software
IT products sales experience is required/preferred
Able to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Good knowledge of the UAE computer/IT market
Able to work independently in the store and handle daily technical and customer requirements
Good communication and customer-service skills
Hardworking, responsible and able to manage full-day store operations

Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced Motherboard Chip-Level Technician with minimum 2 years of UAE experience. Must have strong hands-on experience in laptop, desktop, monitor and gaming PC motherboard diagnosis and chip-level repair. Candidate should also have knowledge of Windows and software installation, hardware troubleshooting and IT product sales. Good customer-handling and communication skills are required. Ability to work independently and manage daily technical work in a Sharjah computer shop is preferred.

المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين داخل دولة الإمارات
خبرة قوية في إصلاح اللوحة الأم على مستوى الشريحة (Chip-Level)
استكشاف أعطال وإصلاح أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمول، والكمبيوتر المكتبي، والشاشات، وأجهزة ألعاب الكمبيوتر
تشخيص أعطال اللوحة الأم، واستكشاف الأعطال على مستوى المكونات واللحام
تثبيت نظام ويندوز، والتهيئـة (الفورمات)، وإعداد النظام
تثبيت التعريفات وتكوين النظام
تثبيت البرامج واستكشاف أخطائها وإصلاحها، بما في ذلك:
AutoCAD
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Creative Cloud
Photoshop / Illustrator
برامج مكافحة الفيروسات والأمان
تطبيقات ويندوز والأدوات المساعدة
برامج الأعمال والتصميم الشائعة الأخرى
خبرة في مبيعات منتجات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (مطلوبة/مفضلة)
القدرة على فهم متطلبات العملاء والتوصية بالمنتجات/الخدمات المناسبة
معرفة جيدة بسوق الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في دولة الإمارات
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في المتجر والتعامل مع المتطلبات الفنية والعملاء اليومية
مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء جيدة
مجتهد ومسؤول وقادر على إدارة عمليات المتجر على مدار اليوم

فني صيانة لوحات أم على مستوى الشريحة (Chip-Level) ذو خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين داخل دولة الإمارات. يجب أن يمتلك خبرة عملية قوية في تشخيص وإصلاح اللوحات الأم لأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمول، والكمبيوتر المكتبي، والشاشات، وأجهزة ألعاب الكمبيوتر على مستوى الشريحة. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح معرفة بتثبيت نظام ويندوز والبرامج، واستكشاف أخطاء الأجهزة وإصلاحها، ومبيعات منتجات تكنولوجيا المعلومات. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع العملاء والتواصل. يُفضل القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة العمل الفني اليومي في متجر كمبيوتر بالشارقة.
