Source and buy furniture and fit-out materials such as wood, MDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finishes
Get quotations from suppliers, compare prices, and share with the manager for approval
Prepare and process purchase orders
Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to the factory or site
Coordinate with the project and production team on material needs
Check delivered materials match the order in quantity and quality
Keep purchase records, invoices, and supplier details updated
Help maintain a list of reliable suppliers in the UAE
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of purchasing experience in furniture, joinery, or fit-out
Basic knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and finishes
Knowledge of local suppliers in the UAE market
Good communication and follow-up skills
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email). ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
