  • Patrol randomly or regularly within the building perimeter
  • Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
  • Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate and detect emergency equipment
  • Conduct exterior property checks for maintenance issues, malfunctions or hazards
  • Perform First Aid and CPR
  • Apprehend and evict trespassers
  • Conduct Fire Drill
