Job Description

Required :

  • Graduate Mechanical Engineer recognized university
  • 15 Years of experience in High Rise building for MEP work specially in CHW system and district cooling system out of which at least 10 years in UAE.
  • Knowledge for review the contract documents related to MEP work.
  • Responsible for review the material submittal , MEP drawing and authority requirement related to MEP work.
  • Experience in coordination process to resolves all conflict with different trade prior to MEP installation.
  • Coordinate with consultant/Client/Main contractor as per project requirement.
  • Monitor the installation of MEP work and payment progress.
  • Experience in dealing with MEP subcontractors.
  • Manage and lead MEP sub contractors throughout duration of project.
  • Review the subcontractor progress of work and payment.
  • Communicate and prepare the progress report of MEP work for higher management.
  • Take overall responsibility for all MEP works.
