Required :

  • Must have knowledge in complete operations of networking include design, cable pulling, patch panel installation, crimping, rack designing and installation, structural cabling, networking configuration and testing of connection
  • Candidates must have knowledge in windows server administration and backup procedures
  • Candidates must have experience in VPN connection and dyndns System
  • CCTV Management - Installation, configuration and complete operation including backup process knowledge is must.
  • Candidates must have experience in PABX VOIP system
  • ERP Knowledge - Basic is acceptable
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL & knowledge of IT service Desk procedures
  • Candidate must have knowledge in desktop support for windows 7/8/10 and other operating systems
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must have knowledge on day to day IT infrastructure activities.
  • Windows 7/8/10 error solving, printer error rectification and solving
  • Time and attendance machine installation, troubleshooting and support
  • IT inventory control by proper release and receive records.
