Job Description:
Responsible for the end-to-end technical design of the complete solution which addresses the customer's business problems, needs, and opportunities including both the company products and services. Aligned to a small group of related solutions (Enterprise Networking, Security, and Datacenter Technologies) that are aligned with the company's corporate strategy.
Education / Certification and Experience
- Industry Certification: CCNP / equivalent
- 3--5 years of experience with a focus on technical selling
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Computer Science / Telecommunications
Responsibilities:
- Designing multivendor solutions for Enterprise and Service providers
- Working closely with the Internal sales team and enabling sales for effective selling
- Preparing RFP detailed responses creating in the formally excellent and timely manner
- Writes technical specifications and make appropriate solution recommendations
- Participate and managing customer meetings effectively onsite and remotely
- Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent presenting / Demonstrating product capabilities to customers
- Keeping healthy relationships with vendors/partners and customers.
- Willing to learn new technologies and delivering POC / live demos to customers
- Working with cross-functional teams to position products, solutions effectively to customers.
- Good understanding of competitive products, technologies, and key differentiators
- Perform any other / or additional duties as dictated by the needs of the business
Product Knowledge and Skills:
- Display a deep product understanding of the chosen products
- Routing & Switching: Cisco / Meraki / Huawei
- Network Security: Cisco / Fortinet / Forcepoint / Citrix
- Wireless LAN: Cisco / Meraki / Aruba HP
- Server & Storage. : Cisco / Dell EMC / HP
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Cyber Security and IoT Solutions
- Maintains knowledge of current trends, partner and competitor products, and strategies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques, including active listening, whiteboarding, etc.
