- We are looking for multiple dynamic sales and business development interns.

Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify potential sellers and buyers for the marketplace, customers as business (schools, , curriculum development companies )
- Lead generation through multiple channels including online sales, direct sales , and tele-sales
- Preparation of sales plan and weekly sales updates
- Emailing, calling and building relationships with platform vendor applicants and customers
- seeking out some core group of early school adopters and then engaging with individual users to convince them to sign up.
- Establishing initial processes to capture leads and trial efficiency improvements
- qualifying marketplace vendors and leads
- supporting vendors through the vendor onboarding process; sign up , store creation and content upload
- Identifying and developing business opportunities with education partners
- Identifying, measuring, and monitoring key performance indicators, while making
- recommendations impacting sales performance
- Conducting awareness and sales sessions for school admissions, management and teachers
- Preparing Sales pitch / presentation
- Supporting in the Development of metrics & KPI frameworks, dashboards and measurement scorecards for user behavior & conversion data
- participating in meetings, workshops, events and assisting other team members wherever required
- Conducting desktop research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
- Updating documents and sales records and reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
To Succeed in the Position , Candidates should be;
- aware of the educational field with strong network of teachers and schools administrators / management ( field teacher is preferred)
- Be organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks across different startup

Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Education , Business, Marketing, or similar may be required
- Superb interpersonal skills and high ethics and professionalism
- Knowledge of teachers’ existing communities (both online and offline)
- Basic understanding of schools structures in the UAE ( other GCC countries would be a plus )
- Having access to teacher’s and schools networks with strong connections
- Driver's license may be required.
- Ability to cope with rejection
- Experience in sales or business development or education is a plus
- Flexible Timing
- The position is tasks’ driven and could be either full time or part time.
- Flexible availability is essential; may require some evening and weekend coverage
- Language (Speak & Write)
- Must be Bilingual, Arabic and English.

- Physical meetings maybe conducted in Dubai/Sharjah as and when required (max. once weekly)
- Duration
- 1-3 months extendable to 6 months
