Job Description

• Research and identify potential customers for the company’s technical products and services to the potential customers.
• Demonstrate the features and carry out technical presentations to explain the benefits of the company’s products to potential customers technically and commercially in a systematic method.
• Carry out comprehensive requirement mapping for the customer’s needs and provide the best technical solutions to satisfy the needs of the inquiry.
• Work closely with other members of the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and close deals.
• Generate technical and sales proposals that outline the details of the products and services including the pricing and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical support and after-sales support, ensuring that the company’s products and services are installed and functioning efficiently.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure that the company's products and services remain competitive in the market.
• Maintain accurate records, comply with systematic documentation of the sales activities, and generate weekly, and monthly reports, as per the requirements of the department.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, and technical solution roles, preferably in 3D printing technology (Additive Manufacturing).
• Knowledge of CAD software and various products in the 3D printing technology
• Proficiency in conducting research and developing solutions for complex problems related to 3D printing technology.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printers about hardware, and software to give the highest print quality.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining technical doents, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other engineers and technical staff.
• Familiarity with industry standards & regulations related to 3D printing Technology.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
