We are hiring A "Chef” for A Restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of our kitchen operation.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating menus & delicious dishes, managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- 5- 7 years of experience working as a Chef in 5 stars hotels/restaurants
- Must be experience in Lebanese, Arab & international food
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus and high-quality dishes.
- Familiar with computer programs like restaurant management software, and POS.
- Up to date with the culinary trends and professional kitchen operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in managing the meal preparation business is a plus.
Chef duties and responsibilities: -
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end kitchen operation.
- Overseeing the food preparation & production process in line with the laid-out guidelines and highest standards.
- Creating new menus or updating existing dishes based on customers’ experiences.
- Budgeting, planning, food purchasing and inventory in coordination with the management.
- Overseeing Recruitment, training, and mentoring process for junior chefs and Commis in coordination with the management.
- Promote a climate of positive work culture and motivate the workers as and when required.
