Loyalty Digital Product Officer

 

Synopsis

The Loyalty Digital Product Officer will deliver the product roadmap and strategy by continuing to improve the overall loyalty customer experience and launching new product features. This role will work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders, to deliver on the digital vision. 

 

The role is also responsible to support the digital direct revenue growth through implementing a product roadmap aligned with Etihad Guest and lead solution initiatives to deliver best-in-class digital commerce and self-service tools

 

Accountabilities

  • Support and drive the vision of Etihad loyalty digital product roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals to scale. 
  • Prioritize and make decisions on a value-based backlog of opportunities for loyalty products in line with Etihad business strategy and goals.  
  • Develop business cases, with input from business stakeholders, for digital investments and priorities in product development. 
  • Own the end-to-end web experiences from business perspective to achieve targets. 
  • Be on top of the loyalty competitive landscape and latest technologies, generating new ideas and identifying opportunities. 
  • Be a part of the web agile team attending agile ceremonies, standup, planning and retrospective 
  • Advise and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver high-quality web products. 
  • Develop a data-driven approach to understanding customer interactions to validate product features, problems and/or opportunities 
  • Collaborate with UX for user testing, feedback sessions and A/B tests to determine the ideal way to present features or offers and eliminate usability issues 
  • Collaborating with CRM and digital marketing on acquisition and retention. 

Education & Experience

  • 4 plus years of experience in similar field or 2-3 years hands-on experience in Loyalty product management, preferably in airline industry.  

  • Deep understanding of digital loyalty strategy and product strategy. 

  • Ability to support product vision, excite and lead a cross-functional team on a product journey. 

  • Experience working with agile methodologies in fast-paced consumer centric environment.
