Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu / Hindi.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Establishing good relationships with customers.
Candidate having at least one month valid visa and must be available in Dubai for the interview.
