Salesforce Administration: • Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring its high performance, reliability, and scalability. User Support & Training: • Provide comprehensive support to users, including troubleshooting technical issues, conducting training sessions, and developing user guides. Customization & Development: • Customize Salesforce using advanced tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. • Develop custom applications to enhance functionality. Data Management: • Implement best practices for data management, including data migration, integration, deduplication, and validation to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Reporting & Analytics: • Create and manage complex reports and dashboards. • Utilize Salesforce Einstein Analytics for predictive analysis and actionable insights. Integration: • Design and implement integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications to seamlessly connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Security & Compliance: • Configure security settings, user roles, and access controls to ensure data protection. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Process Automation: • Develop and deploy process automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.

Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer. Certification: • Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are highly desirable. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs), and data management tools. • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics is a plus. Problem-Solving: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Communication: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
