Charterhouse is looking to hire a talented Recruiter to focus on permanent and contract placements within the Technology or Professional Services sector. Recruitment is incredibly fast-paced, requiring hard work, determination and a strong business acumen, however the results are particularly rewarding and to be successful you will be someone that enjoys developing relationships with clients, working closely with candidates as well as understanding how to be a key part of a clients’ business plans. Charterhouse is looking for consultants with one year or more of experience with a proven track record in recruitment. We look for people who are ambitious, outgoing, confident and spirited. You should be someone that genuinely cares about providing a great service, is keen to learn and enjoys making a difference.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will be degree educated, with previous experience within Technology Recruitment or Sales and possess the desire to develop their business acumen skills. The ideal candidate should be Tech Savvy as you will be working with an extensive database, LinkedIn Recruiter as well as a number of social media tools. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, in English is key. Some of the additional benefits you can expect are; working hours of 8am- 4.30pm and a 2.30pm finish on Fridays, 5 extra days off outside of your leave allocation for your Birthday, Christmas break, etc, monthly team incentives, a strong commission - individual commission scheme not a shared bonus scheme, external training and admin support.
