MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To process and complete all government related transactions ensuring efficient service to flydubai staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Builds good working relationships with government and external entities.
- Expedites complex employee cases that require resolutions at various government entities.
- Provides advice, guidance and assistance to the employee on various government related matters.
- Liaises with government entities on any delayed transactions to ensure their completion.
- Keeps abreast of any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules and regulations.
- Manages the processing of government related transactions including visa procurement, issue or renewal of passports, amendment of details on passport.

Minimum Education Level Required
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
