As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities include: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our SaaS solutions for procurement and e-tendering in the construction industry. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates, to attract and retain customers. - Collaborate with the product and sales teams to produce compelling marketing materials. - Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry forums). - Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic traffic. - Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential customers. - Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. - Plan and coordinate webinars, trade shows, and industry events to showcase our products and generate leads. - Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with potential clients. - Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Use data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ROI. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. - Provide marketing support for sales initiatives and customer engagement activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in the UAE in marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. - Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) - Knowledge of the construction and procurement industry is highly desirable. - Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
