Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description: - Create, update, and manage SOPs to ensure they reflect current processes and best practices. - Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Train employees on new processes and SOPs to ensure seamless implementation and adherence. - Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and make data-driven decisions. - Work closely with different departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

(Client name will be disclosed only to shortlisted candidates) Qualifications: - Open to Asian and Arabic nationals - Female, 35 years old and below - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred). - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations manager or a related role. - Proficient in process mapping tools, data analysis and project management software (Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, Tableau, Asana, Trello). - Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
