We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team, specializing in Villas and G+2 projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering within the construction industry, particularly with main contractors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: · Lead and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works on site. · Serve as the primary link between Civil and MEP to ensure seamless integration and project execution. · Manage and ensure the completion of projects from inception to handover. 2. Technical Expertise: · Utilize AutoCAD and Primavera P6 for planning, designing, and managing project timelines. · Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. · Ensure all MEP activities comply with project specifications and quality standards. · Strong experience in Testing and Commissioning for MEP Services 3. Documentation and Compliance: · Maintain and update all project documentation, including drawings, method statements, and material submittals. · Follow up on Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and obtain necessary clearances. 4. Analytical and Problem-Solving: · Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and develop effective solutions. · Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges related to MEP works.

· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in villas and G+2 projects. · Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. · Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera P6; strong planning and organizational skills. · Electrical Systems: Demonstrated experience in electrical system installation, testing, and commissioning. · Main Contractor Background: Previous experience working with main contractors is essential. · Documentation: Strong documentation skills, ensuring all project documents are up to date and accurate. · Project Cycle: Experience in managing projects through the full cycle, from start to completion. · Coordination: Ability to coordinate and manage MEP works efficiently. · Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
