HR Business Partner - Construction Contractor

Our Multi National Civil Contracting client has a new requirement for a well experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have proven regional strategic HR acumen and experience within civil construction and related markets. This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity, employed directly by our client. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop HR strategies accordingly. Provide guidance and support in the areas of recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Implement and promote HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Support organizational change initiatives and manage the impact on employees. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR projects and initiatives.

HR Business Partner Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or related role. Experience of working in the construction field and its related verticals along with exposure to handling the HR needs of both blue and white collar staff. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels within the organization
