Internship [Paid]: HR and Resourcing (Arabic speaker)

Key Responsibilities: * Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events. * Support the screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions. * Assist with pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet legal and compliance requirements. * Help manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. * Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and assistance as needed. * Assist in maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities. * Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes and strategies. Requirements: * Fluency in Arabic. * Strong English communication skills. * Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience in Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential. Additional Details: Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.
