The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the maritime industry and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Procure and deliver a wide range of supplies and provisions to ships, including food, beverages, and spare parts, in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping companies, captains, and crew members to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, place orders, and manage the delivery process to ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment of orders. - Manage the administrative tasks related to invoicing, billing, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and payments. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve the service offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Proven experience as a Ship Chandler or similar role within the maritime industry, with a strong understanding of ship provisioning and spare parts management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage pricing, orders, and logistics. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. - Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards for ship provisions and spare parts. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of our clients and the shipping industry.
