Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying undercoats and primers
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve an exact match to the vehicle's color
- Apply paint and finishes to vehicles using spray guns and other equipment
- Repair and restore dents and other damage to vehicle bodies
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Proven experience as an auto painter and denter in an automobile workshop or similar environment
- Expertise in color matching and application of automotive paint
- Proficiency in dent repair and restoration techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Knowledge of safety practices and precautions when working with paint and repair equipment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
