Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, assess client needs, and suggest appropriate products.
• Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
• Directly interface with clients and brief them about company products and activities.
• Prepare presentation and necessary documents before visiting the clients and consultants.
• Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms.
• Manage customer requirements, provide product education, and deliver post-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and competitor activity.
• Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
• Prepare annual sales plan for the company.
• 5 years’ proven Experience in sales, specifically in the building materials sector, Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• A valid driving license is a must.
• Proven track record in building materials sales, preferably from luxury construction material products.
