Business Development and Marketing Executive

TripleFast Middle East is searching for Business Development and Marketing Executives to join the BD/Sales team. The main responsibility of the Business Development and Marketing Executive is to help drive sales of threaded fasteners, sealing products and precision components to existing and new clients. TripleFast Middle East is part of the LoneStar Group of companies, who are market leaders in the manufacture and supply of specialist bolting solutions, machined components, gaskets and seals to the world’s energy markets and heavy engineering industries. Duties: • Achieving Business Development targets and KPIs • Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals. • Pre-qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads. • Customer registrations • Develop strong customers relationships and an understanding of what they want • Record all calls and activities in CRM • Reporting, analysis, forecasting, highlighting trends, developing sales strategy etc • Contribute to Meetings, Exhibitions and Presentations • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting of allocated Territory to supervisor • Required to travel occasionally to countries in the GCC

Required experience and qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in business development and sales. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. • Fastener industry background and fastener product knowledge a benefit
