Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our real estate team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media marketing in the real estate industry. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our real estate projects. - Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategy. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with overall marketing and sales objectives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and effective. - Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach our target audience and achieve specific marketing goals. - Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to expand our social media reach and enhance brand credibility.

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager in the real estate industry or a related field. - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools. - Demonstrated ability to create and manage engaging and effective social media content that drives brand awareness and lead generation. - Strong understanding of social media advertising and experience in managing paid campaigns. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights. - Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and implementing innovative strategies. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple social media channels and campaigns. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
