Position Title: Administrator

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reports To: Principal/Director

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrator to join our K-12 educational institution in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting faculty and staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s administrative functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·      Manage and oversee daily administrative operations of the institution.

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff regarding administrative inquiries.

·      Maintain and update student records, attendance, and academic documentation.

·      Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the school.

·      Handle communication between the school and parents, including distributing newsletters, notices, and updates.

·      Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, documents, and presentations.

·      Support the admission process by managing applications, enrollment, and related documentation.

·      Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations.

·      Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

·      Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff to ensure the school’s facilities are well-maintained.

·      Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, activities, and extracurricular programs.

·      Provide administrative support to the Principal/Director and other faculty members as required.

·      Timeliness and accuracy of student record updates and management.

·      Responsiveness and efficiency in handling administrative inquiries and requests.

·      Successful coordination and execution of scheduled events and activities.

·      Parent and staff satisfaction with administrative support and communication.

·      Maintenance of a well-organized and efficient administrative office.

Skills

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

·      Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational institution.

·      Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with school management software.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
