Key Responsibilities: Handle all governmental and regulatory affairs related to employee visas, labor contracts, and company licenses. Liaise with various government departments and agencies, such as immigration, labor, and economic departments, to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Manage documentation and paperwork required for employee visas, work permits, and residency permits. Ensure timely processing of all visa and labor-related applications, renewals, and cancellations. Keep abreast of the latest changes in labor and immigration laws and ensure company compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to governmental affairs. Provide support and advice to employees regarding visa and immigration issues.

Requirements: Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential. Proven experience as a PRO in Dubai, with a strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
