About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai
Job Description:
? Supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff from shift schedules to regular performance evaluations.
? Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience each time, handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
? Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and supplies.
? Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
? Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards
Qualifications:
? Open to Asian nationalities
? 40 years old and below
? Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in similar role or at least 5 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor from a high-end casual dining restaurant
