Sales Admin

Job Role: To manage and prepare Gulf Land Property Developer's documents related to unit deals, creating and cancelling deals on CRM. Responsibilities: -Prepare Sales offer, EOIs and SPAs - Update and maintain sales databases, CRM systems and other sales related documentation - Utilize CRM system to create new deals and cancel deals as assigned by the sales team and export and import files - Ensure that all deal information is accurately entered into the CRM system, including deal name, expected close date, deal value, and associated contacts or accounts. - Collaborate with sales representatives to gather necessary information for deal creation and follow up on any missing details. - Work closely with the sales team to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to deal creation or cancellation. - Maintain an efficient and easily accessible filing system (SPAs, NDAs, EOIs and sales offers). - Undertake any other responsibility assigned by his/her Direct Supervisor.

- Expert knowledge in the advanced features of Microsoft Excel (Test will be taken during the interview) - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. - Bilingual candidate will be preferred. - Have knowledge of the real estate market and current trends. - Familiarity with CRM software. - Proactive and organized with strong attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
