As a Leasing consultant, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: The Role will include but not be limited to: • Managing the full rental process from advertising to contract signing, including negotiating leases and collecting security deposit • Meet with prospective clients, conduct viewings and portray relevant information about the units • Liaise with the landlord over progress on leasing arrangements • Conducting market appraisals and property valuations • Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities • Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service. • Keep up to date with local RERA regulation, compliance, and rental matters • Work as part of a team and coordinate with others to ensure a smooth and effective running of the all tasks • Create a positive customer experience and manage all inquiries in a professional manner

Candidates must possess the following requirements: • Driving Licence and own vehicle (This is a must) • Excellent communication & people skills • Good level of both written and spoken English and an additional language would be a bonus • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems • Be comfortable using platforms such as Property finder, Bayut etc • Be able to work on their own initiative & develop new business • Maintain a high professional work ethic at all times • Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients A basic salary & commission will be provided for this role - DOE
