Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Salesman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential customers to promote and sell products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and returns, and security practices.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, including product displays.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Customer-focused with a friendly and engaging personality.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
