HR Analyst

1. Gather and analyze HR data: Collect and interpret HR data from various sources, including employee records, surveys, performance evaluations, and recruitment metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. 2. Create HR reports: Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide accurate and timely information to HR stakeholders and senior management. Present findings and recommendations to support decision-making processes. 3. Conduct HR data audits: Regularly review and audit HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in HR data. 4. Support HR projects and initiatives: Collaborate with HR team members to design, implement, and evaluate HR programs, policies, and strategies. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. 5. Assist with workforce planning: Support HR managers in analyzing staffing needs, forecasting future workforce requirements, and identifying skills gaps. Provide insights to optimize workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. 6. Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis: Research and analyze industry HR practices, trends, and benchmarks to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement. Make recommendations to enhance our HR practices and maintain our competitive edge. 7. Ensure data privacy and security: Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations , Implement and enforce data privacy and security measures to safeguard HR data and protect employee privacy rights.

Required Skills : - Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data and metrics. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support data-driven decision-making. - Exceptional accuracy and precision when working with HR data and reports. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - In-depth understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations. - Familiarity with HRIS systems, HR metrics, and reporting tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex HR data and insights in a clear and concise manner. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex HR challenges and develop innovative solutions. - Ability to think strategically and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. - Required Qualification : - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Proven work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis. - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
