Sales Coordinator

Our well established Client is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator who will be providing Quotations and following up on them Job Description 1. Reviewing Customer Enquiry, Finding out the right product to quote and using the price list as reference to quote the customer 2. Understanding which industry the client is from, getting all the information about the client from our software, online, references and building a product portfolio for the clients of the products and services we offer. 3. Following up with the clients until the order is received for the enquiry, communicating all the commercial terms and conditions and involving sales management for any commercial negotiations. 4. Have a deep understanding of our products in terms of unit of measurement, packing, chemical composition, tds, etc in order to advise customers effectively. 5. Able to communicate with the customer in getting information about competition prices, terms and conditions and evaluate and inform the customer how we stand out. 6. Daily reporting of all the enquiries sent, received, communicated and providing a plan of action for the total quotations. 7. Coordinating with the sales team and their customers of progress, any discrepancies , discussion notes and effectively closing all the pending discussions.

Very well spoken in English language. Expert in Excel, Word and Accounting Software such as Tally, Quickbooks, Focus, etc Experience in CRM Sales Should have experience in working with 50+ clients per day
