We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our training & food consultancy firm in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic business development and client relationship management. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and services. - Negotiate and close sales deals, and effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to contract signing. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics. - Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management and stakeholders. - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to overall business growth and success.

- 2-3years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food consultancy or food industry. - Strong understanding of consultative selling and client relationship management techniques. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for driving sales and achieving business objectives. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional professional certifications in sales or business development is a plus. - Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage. - Valid UAE driving license
