Responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. This role will also manage day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and government regulations. Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), General Ledger (GL), Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Manage relationships with banks for Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees. Handle cash flow forecasting and coordinate closely with the CFO for Credit Facilities. Ensure timely collection of receivables and coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues. Ensure timely payment to vendors. Manage the creation and analysis of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or other relevant standards. Ensure group reporting deliverables for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting . Lead the annual budget preparation and monitor it regularly.

Prepare Feasibility Studies and other Management reports. Ensure compliance with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings. Lead the external and internal audit processes, acting as the main point of contact throughout each audit. Coordinate with the Head Office on financial matters. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
