- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and market conditions to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee daily sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., service, marketing) to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest automotive industry trends, products, and services offered by the car service station.
- Train sales team members on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the sales department budget.
- Monitor expenses and analyze financial performance to optimize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Maintain high standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all sales and customer interactions.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Masters will be an addition.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
