Guildhall is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations for a leading company in the construction equipment industry in the Middle East. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
