Business Development Executive - Trust Funds and Corporate Services

Job Purpose Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Executive for our clients Dubai office. Applicants must have a successful track record of handling sophisticated client relationships and developing new business and must possess superior presentation and communication skills and be an effective team player. The applicant will provide support to the Business Development Manager in the sales and client onboarding process. Responsibility to ensure client is successfully onboarded as required per global KYC policy, local KYC policy requirements and regulatory norms, and performs client due diligence. The successful candidate will be a senior member of their local team with opportunities for career advancement within the Group. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/Duties: ? Assisting prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures, both within and outside of the UAE. ? Co-ordinate external sales meetings with existing and new contacts. ? Liaise with other staff within the company in relation to business development activity. ? Maintain the sales reporting system for sales activities. ? Prepare and assist in the delivery of external sales presentations as required, including the preparation of pitch documents and key onboarding documents. ? Ensure new clients are informed of due diligence and other new client acceptance requirements. ? Ensure smooth handover of new business to relevant administration teams. ? Provide up-to date requirements and regulations from the authorities to Corporate Services Team ? Ensure service standards and policies and procedures in respect of new business are adhered to. ? Remain updated with Regulation and Industry Knowledge. ? Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanour. ? To observe and comply with the company's internal policies and procedures. ? To act with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Skills required: ? Relevant professional qualification or ability and commitment to work towards an approved relevant professional qualification; alternatively, an employee may be qualified by experience ? At least four (4) years’ working experience in a similar position within a corporate services provider company ? High degree of professional ethics and integrity ? Needs to have a strong KYC domain knowledge, ability to check and validate KYC documents, strong maker and checker control mind frame. ? Ability to communicate well and effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience ? Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with colleagues ? Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with tact and confidence in dealing with people at all levels, both internally and externally
