Contribute to developing the annual sales strategy for the company
Monitor the achievement of the sales targets and take necessary corrective actions to address variances
Oversee the development of the sales policies and procedures and ensure proper implementation
Devise strategies to boost sales and increase customer satisfaction level
Report periodically on the performance of the department including goals and expectations
Coach, motivate and train the sales team on a regular basis to achieve the sales targets
Recommend incentives to motivate the sales team
Liaise with the marketing team to devise marketing plans for specific assets to boost sales
Encourage internal and external communication to create a collaborative working environment
Develop and submit accurate monthly sales reports for the Manager’s review
Manage the performance of the team in line with good people management practices
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar field
Experience in Marble Industry
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
