Office Assistant (Arabic Speaker)

Our client is a non-profit organization within the Facilities Management industry based in Dubai. They are currently seeking a resilient and reliable Office Assistant to join their team. The role will be handling daily administrative activities while demonstrating accuracy and attention to details. Responsibilities • Assist the Executive Director and Board Members in various capacities • Provide Administrative and IT Support • Correspondence Management • Records Keeping • Supply Management • Support the HR team in Compliance, Documentation and Onboarding

Requirements: • At least 3 years experience in office management or administrative roles • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages (written and verbal) is a MUST • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Resilient and reliable personality that can overcome challenges and figure out solutions • Accuracy and attention to details
