As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our real estate, property management, construction and corporate services. You will be responsible for creating and managing impactful marketing campaigns, generating innovative ideas and producing high-quality written content. Your creativity and organizational skills will be essential in crafting compelling messages and collaborating effectively with the team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives. • Generate creative and innovative ideas for social media and video content. • Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media). • Produce high-quality written content for various marketing materials, including: • Marketing brochures, flyers and catalogs • Website content and blog posts • Social media posts and campaigns • Email marketing campaigns and newsletters • Press releases and media statements • Client proposals, presentations and case studies • Internal communications and company newsletters • Ad copy for online and print advertisements • SMS,email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials. • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and trade shows. • Maintain and update CRM system with relevant customer and marketing data. • Ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.

• At least 1 year experience as a Marketing Executive in real estate, property management, facility management, construction or corporate sectors. Exceptional written communication skills with expertise in creating content for various marketing channels: • Blogs • Social media • Website • Copywriting • Email marketing • SMS marketing • Highly creative and full of ideas, especially for social media and video content ideation. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software, email marketing tools and social media management tools. • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
