Job Description: - Monitor ATA/ETA with airline forwarders/DNATA and ensure freight has arrived as scheduled. - Ensure online Bill of Entries are processed on time. - Coordinate with transporters to ensure that the cargo is delivered. - Coordinate with customers regarding original documents and shipment status. - Maintain job files and related documents.
