Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Collections Officer, will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with debt collection, including communicating with customers about their outstanding liabilities, managing customer inquiries and disputes, assess payment ability, reach settlement agreement with customers.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Debt Collection experience in UAE is a must
- holding a Valid UAE Visa sponsorship with no objection certificate.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Senior Collection Officer
- Experience working with debt collection software preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
