-Interacting with potential clients to understand their needs and promote services or products to upsell.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
-Creating proposals and presentations to pitch services or products to clients.
-Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals.
