SENIOR HR & ADMIN OFFICER

Position Title: Senior HR & Admin Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts. Job Description: ? Coordinate all recruitment process with HR team, agencies, and proceed with onboarding process for new hires. ? Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues. ? Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. ? Support managers in conducting performance reviews, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans. ? Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and in compliance with local labor laws.
