Recruitment and Selection Specialist

Job Summary: The Recruitment and Selection Specialist is responsible for managing Company Manpower plans and the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various sourcing methods, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions. • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual. • Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates. • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels. • Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist or similar role. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment. • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Preferred Skills: • Certification in HR/Recruitment • Advanced Sourcing Techniques • Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes. • Familiarity with the latest HR technologies and tools • Multilingual abilities.
