Job Description:
? Closely work with the Country Head of Marketing to implement the brand’s strategy across channels and communications to achieve business objectives and enhance brand equity.
? Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trade marketing, business technology, operations, quality, and product development to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
? Manage and execute brand marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, traditional media and maintain strong relationships with external partners, aggregators, influencers, agencies, and stakeholders
? Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
? Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand and digital marketing management within the UAE. F&B experience is a must. QSR / Fast food chain is highly preferred.
? Strong understanding of the F&B market and consumer behavior in UAE.
? Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated brand marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness and engagement across different channels.
? Deep understanding of the QSR industry and the food delivery space in UAE.
? Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
? Arabic speaker is required.
