? Take proactive control of overseeing all culinary operations across branches with effective supervision.
? Conduct daily inspections of kitchen areas and refrigerators to assess control systems and maintenance procedures.
? Maintain responsibility for upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
? Ensure the highest standards of food quality, menu presentation, and hygiene are met in all branches.
? Guarantee customers receive prompt, efficient, and accurate service to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction
